A combined brewery and distillery in Guardbridge, just outside St Andrews, founded in 2014 on the site of a 19th-century paper mill. Better known to most visitors for its gin range and brewery, Eden Mill's single malt releases have quietly grown in profile since the first bottling in 2018.
Eden Mill is St Andrews' distillery — Scotland's first combined brewery and distillery since Prohibition-era laws changed, founded 2014 in the historic Guardbridge paper mill site. The range includes gin and whisky, with the single malt releases gaining confidence with each year. The St Andrews location and golf tourism crossover make it a natural destination for the significant international visitor trade coming to the town.
